Malaga Named Western Australia’s Franchise of the Year 2015

Bridgestone Select Malaga has been named Bridgestone’s 2015 Franchise of the Year (WA) at the annual Bridgestone MasterClass awards.

The awards recognise excellence across a number of categories and means the store has been achieving the highest standards in the areas of customer service, safety, compliance, sales, showroom and workshop management and responsible tyre recycling.

The store’s owner, Allen Bassanelli, said the criteria used to judge the awards was comprehensive and the store worked hard to excel across all categories.

“It’s great to have this recognition and know that your hard work has paid off. We’re really pleased to receive this award,” Allen said.

“Our focus is on customer service and making sure the first point of contact for our customers is the best possible experience.”

“We’re in a very competitive market and one of the other big things for us is keeping up-to-date with market trends. We constantly monitor prices and new products as well as new technology.”

Allen Bassanelli and Gail Strauch are owner operators at the Malaga store.

Bridgestone Australia and New Zealand Managing Director Andrew Moffatt said the MasterClass program recognised excellence in a number of important categories.
